Shipping policy

Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days and shipped from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. Delivery typically takes 8-15 business days after dispatch to the United States, and you receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier delays, holidays and customs. We currently ship to the United States.

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 days, contact us at support@minglepets.com and we will investigate.
